January 2003-December 2006 – Assistant Professor of Education at Cedar Crest College. Dr. Shechtman taught courses in Educational Psychology, Special Education and Stress Management for both undergraduate and graduate students at the college in Allentown, PA.
July 1, 1999-2001 -- Services to autistic children and other high risk populations and their families including psychoeducational assessment and intervention through a team of professional consultants in the Lehigh Valley, PA area. This program utilizes integrated psychology techniques to facilitate children's progress and offers stress management, education in child development, and counseling.
